Natalie was drawn to Yoga when suffering with anxiety and depression. Yoga was a means of connecting within and healing herself. After completely transforming her life, Natalie was drawn to share the ancient Yoga practises.
With extensive training from all over the world, Natalie teaches all styles with an emphasis of making yoga meaningful and accessible for everyone. Natalie took her passion another step further and now facilitates yoga teacher training and is an Ayurvedic practitioner.
Alechia brings to her classes a lifetime of dance and movement training along with many years of teaching experience. Her classes encompass an exploration of internal awareness, functional and fluid movement, strength, challenge, flow and fun. Most importantly they guide a connection to your breath space. Trained in Vinyasa, Yin, Restore and Yoga Therapy. Alechia is passionate about supporting you on your personal yoga journey.
